Chef Lorraine Kenlock , also known as "Irie Dawta”, has a desire to do the impossible: growing her own produce that thrive organically in the Turks and Caicos islands. So far, her relentless passion and dedication has paid off: she curates the only Farm to Table dining experience in the Turks and Caicos islands. 

Born in beautful Jamaica, Chef Kenlock grew up with creativity and ingenuity fuelling her penchant and desire to expose her clientele to the essence of amazing food. Formally-trained as a luxury brand hospitality expert, Chef Kenlock is passionate for food and wellness which has rounded out her marketability as a chef and increased the demand for the gourmet culinary experiences she joyfully creates for her clientele. A certifed herbalist, Chef Lorraine truly embodies the phrase " Let food be thy medicine". Drawing on her vast range to create a fusion of cultures that will woo the sophistcated palete, Chef Lorraine aims to make every meal the best one has ever tasted, while respectng one's health or dietary choices.
