Csaba Harmath presents himself in several roles.  He’s the anonymous food critic and food writer for BBC GoodFood Hungary, a radio and TV presenter of gastronomic programs, and a member of Bocuse d’Or Academy and Pannon Gastronomic Academy. He consults several restaurants around Hungary such as the 2017 GaultMillau Restaurant of the Year Gusteau in Mád, with a complete re-haul in its restaurant design, menu and style of dishes under the new name of “Enjoy! by La Parrilla”.
