Switzerland has a rich and varied arts and culture scene. Every region has its own traditional customs and culinary specialties. Swiss chocolate is what most people think about first.  Indeed, innovative Swiss chocolate makers in the 19th century made it possible to create milk chocolate. Speaking about milk: the Swiss are also keen cheese eaters. Cheese has been produced in Switzerland since hundreds of years, thanks to the excellent quality of our milk. But the Swiss farmers produce not only the world-best milk, the products of our agricultural sector include wine, vegetables, fruits, meat and many more – and lot of them are organic products!
