Senior Executive Chef of Tung Lok Signatures, Chef Li Man who originally hails from Hong Kong, has infused oriental cooking techniques to premium ingredients not usually served on Chinese tables. A prime example is Tung Lok's pan-fried French foie gras with crispy bean curd skin served with pancake. Hosting Chef Li and Visiting Masterchef Kenny Fun from China will be coming up with innovative, oriental creations to tantalise palates.
