Christophe Muller
3-Michelin-Star
Since 1995 Christophe Muller works as Executive Chef at L’Auberge Du Pont de Collonges (the signature restaurant under the Paul Bocuse Group) in Collonges au Mont d’Or near Lyon, France.

Christophe Muller has received MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) since 2000. It is the most prestigious award for a Chef and the public is able to distinguish a MOF by the collar of their chef jacket. The collar is indicated with the following colour - Blue White and Red (which represents the French Flag) unlike the other chefs, without the honour, will be having a chef jacket with a plain collar. The MOF is very important to chefs than receiving the Michelin star for their restaurant as it awards the Chef for their skills and the award is timeless.

As the Michelin Guide awards the restaurant and last for only one year as the Michelin guide reviews all the restaurants yearly. Since 1965, L’Auberge Du Pont de Collonges of Paul Bocuse Group has never lost their third star before. This is a record in the Gastronomic scene. Hence this year, the 3 Michelin starred restaurant is celebrating their 50th consecutive years of upholding such prestige recognition which no other restaurant has ever achieved.
