When Domaine de Chevalier was purchased by the Bernard Family in 1983, Olivier Bernard was only 23 old and had spent 18 months in the French Navy. After a certain amount of deliberation, Olivier decided to accept the challenge and went on to receive training in vineyard management and winemaking. He had his goals set on moulding the future of one of the world’s greatest wine. He now has the exciting task of accomplishing his very best for Domaine de Chevalier.
