Celler Vall Llach, Priorat, Spain
Founded at the beginning of the 1990s, Celler Vall Llach introduced its first wines into the market in the year 2000. The production of its three wines, Vall Llach, Idus de Vall Llach and Embruix of Vall Llach, is carried out in accordance with the estate's guiding principles: rigour and quality. In its cultivation, harvesting, fermentation, maceration, pressing, ageing and bottling of wines, Celler Vall Llach maintains a delicate balance between tradition and cutting edge technology. At the 2009 World Gourmet Summit, the estate will be presenting its second wine ‘Embruix’.
