Inspired by the variety and complexity of tea available, Chef Zeng Feng has designed a tea banquet which pairs his sumptuous cuisine with teas such as huang ya, long jing and jasmine for a harmonious blend of flavours. This unique juxtaposition of premium teas and cuisine is set to raise Chinese tea appreciation to the next level.
