Chef Claudio Sadler has long been synonymous with Italian nuova cucina – nouvelle cuisine. Comparing his search for culinary inspiration to that of fashion designers searching in wardrobes for designs and colours from days gone by, Sadler exemplifies in his cooking the art of fusing the new with the old.
Having enjoyed enormous successes with his ventures into Japan, it comes as no surprise that the new Ristorante Sadler in Beijing is receiving nothing but raves from critics.
Claudio Sadler will be presenting an Epicurean Delights menu at DOMVS, the Italian Restaurant from 27 April to 1 May 2009.
