Since his beginnings at the Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka, Chef Nobuyuki Taguchi has garnered 23 years of rich culinary experience. His roles have included kitchen management, menu development and guest relations at five-star hotel chains. He has developed exceptional skills in a variety of cuisine styles from Italian to French to International. Now the executive chef of Sheraton Towers Singapore, Taguchi continues to create delectable dishes that satisfy the palates of his patrons at DOMVS.
