A food critic, writer and TV personality, Chef Wan, will be showcasing his signature dishes at the StraitsKitchen. Savour the richness of Malay cuisine as Chef Wan takes charge of the Malay and dessert section, assisted by the culinary team of the Grand Hyatt Singapore. There will also be an opportunity to pick up a tip or two as Chef Wan will be conducting a cooking class where he will share the skills of creating authentic Malay cuisine.
The Art of Entertaining
This event is not merely a cooking demonstration, but a charitable event! All proceeds will be donated to the Singapore Cheshire Home, the adopted charity of Gold 90.5FM. During the cooking demonstration, Chef Wan will be preparing three of his favourite dishes and sharing his secrets behind the cuisine with DJ Brian Richmond.
