WGS Awards of Excellence celebrates the spectrum of talents found
within Singapore's F&B and hospitality industries. These awards,
supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, will have categories such
as "Chef of the Year", "Rising Chef of the Year",
"Screwpull Wine Sommelier of the Year", "Martell
Cognac Food & Beverage of the Year" and so on. Attendance
is by invitation only.

new concept that involves cooking demonstrations by Masterchefs,
as well as Special Guest Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu, Patrick Martin
and Christophe Bidault; Chocolate guru, Philippe Marand and Foie
Gras Master, Michael Ginor. Held at at-sunrice
- Singapore's cooking school and Spice Garden, participants
