The customer is not always right - how far is enough?

Many hotels have revamped their image and facilities frequently to suit the ever-changing consumer demand. This session would allow the participants to analyze the challenges in this highly competitive industry. How does hoteliers design exclusivity to satisfy the thirst of customers' wants? How is exclusivity being defined - is it really exclusive?

Overview

The moderator will introduce the speakers and a brief outline of each speakers' background. An introduction of the topic will be presented followed by the moderator's views and comments on the topic. The moderator will be given 10 minutes for his presentation. The next speaker will be introduced and a presentation follows. Each speaker will be given approximately 20 minutes.

To round up the session, the moderator will invite the audience to pose questions to the panel speakers whereby the speakers will answer these questions directly and further discuss the subject.
